Smart Reorder lets you create a NuORDER purchase order directly from your Retail POS replenishment recommendations, helping you quickly reorder products based on suggested quantities.

Suggested quantities from the Replenishment report are automatically grouped by supplier and added to a NuORDER working order, reducing the need to manually build purchase orders.

Before you start

To reorder NuORDER products using Smart Reorder, you must:

• Have an active NuORDER connection.
• Be connected to the relevant NuORDER brands.
• Have NuORDER products from those brands in your Retail POS catalog.

Reordering products using Smart Reorder

To create a NuORDER order from your replenishment recommendations:

1. In your Retail POS backoffice, navigate to Reporting > Inventory > Replenishment.
2. Review your Replenishment report.
3. Click Add to NuORDER Cart. A product window opens displaying products with a suggested order quantity greater than zero. Products are grouped by supplier and preloaded into a NuORDER working order.
4. Review the products and suggested quantities. Adjust quantities or remove products as needed.
5. Click Add to NuORDER cart.
6. In NuORDER, review the working order and proceed to checkout.
7. Once the order is submitted, it syncs back to Retail POS through PO Sync, keeping the purchase order and inventory information aligned between NuORDER and Retail POS.
