Connecting your Retail POS (X-Series) and NuORDER accounts

Connecting your Retail POS (X-Series) account to NuORDER lets you streamline wholesale ordering, reduce manual data entry, and keep product information aligned across systems. Learn more about Lightspeed Wholesale.

To connect your accounts, you must have an existing Lightspeed NuORDER account and a Retail POS (R-Series) account registered under the same email address.

To connect your NuORDER account to Retail POS X-Series:

  1. From your Retail POS dashboard, navigate to the Wholesale page.
  2. Click Connect account. If you don't already have a NuORDER account, click Sign up for a free account to begin the signup process. This can take between 24 to 72 hours to complete.

  1. On the login page that opens, enter your NuORDER login details, then click Log in.
  2. If you are a new NuORDER user, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Make sure you click the confirmation link within 24 hours to verify your account.
  3. That’s it! Once your email is verified, your NuORDER and Retail POS accounts are successfully connected.

After connecting your accounts, you can continue using your NuORDER account independently from Retail POS (X-Series) at any time.

If you would like to disconnect your NuORDER account from Retail POS (X-Series), please contact Support. Our team will assist you with safely disconnecting the integration.
