  2. Click Order stock.
  3. Choose a connected supplier from the Supplier dropdown. Connected brands are labeled with a Network supplier flag.

  5. Enter the purchase order details, including the outlets you're ordering for, delivery location, and expected delivery date.
  6. Add products to the purchase order using the search bar. You can search your local catalog (products you have ordered from that brand in the past) or NuORDER Catalog (products the brand offers that you haven’t ordered before).
  7. Enter the quantity you want to order in the Quantity field. The purchase order displays your current inventory and the quantity the supplier has available.
  8. When your order is complete, click Save and send to NuORDER.

The purchase order is exported to NuORDER.

You can view and receive the order from the Stock control page in Retail POS. To open the order in NuORDER, select the order and click View in NuORDER.

To create purchase orders automatically from replenishment recommendations, refer to Reordering NuORDER products using Smart Reorder.
