When you enable Loyalty, all your products will automatically earn loyalty based on the loyalty percentage you enter in your Loyalty settings. However, you might want to offer advanced loyalty-based promotions, like earning extra loyalty, rather than basic discount promotions.
You can offer two types of loyalty-based promotions:
- Buy and earn loyalty, where customers earn extra loyalty when they buy a set quantity of specific products.
- Spend and earn loyalty, where customers earn extra loyalty when they spend a set amount.
