When you enable Loyalty, all your products will automatically earn loyalty based on the loyalty percentage you enter in your Loyalty settings. You might want to set how much loyalty certain products earn, such as gift vouchers, donations, or products with higher or lower margins.

For these types of products, you can set the custom loyalty amount to 0 or a fixed amount. This custom loyalty amount won't be affected if you discount the product.

1. Navigate to Catalog > Products.
2. Use the available fields and filters to find the product you want to customize.
3. Click the pencil icon (edit) next to the product to open the details page.
4. Click the Marketing tab.

5. Select Earn custom loyalty and enter the amount of loyalty dollars you want the product to earn.

   

6. Click Save.
