When you enable Loyalty, all your products will automatically earn loyalty based on the loyalty percentage you enter in your Loyalty settings. However, you might want to set custom loyalty amounts for products that use price book pricing, like staff discount or wholesale price books. You can also create different loyalty-earning rules specific to each of your stores.

Custom loyalty amounts won't be affected if you discount the product.

To set custom loyalty amounts for products in price books:

1. Navigate to Catalog > Price books.
2. Select the price book you want to customize.
3. In the Products section, find the product you want to customize.
4. Under the Loyalty earned column, click Change.
5. Enter a custom loyalty amount.
6. Repeat for all the other products you want to customize.
7. Click Save price book.
