Once you've set up your Loyalty program, you might want to customize the loyalty amounts earned on some products. You could set them to zero loyalty, or set them to a fixed amount.

Products with custom loyalty amounts do not have the loyalty amount adjusted when you change the price of the product sold at the register, for example adding a discount.

To customize a product's loyalty amount:

1. Navigate to Catalog > Products.
2. Find the product you want to edit and click the pencil icon.
3. In the Loyalty section, select Earn custom loyalty and type the amount you'd like to set.
4. Click Save.
