Hi. How can we help?

What’s new with adding and editing products

The Add product and Edit product pages have been redesigned to improve navigation and make product information updates easier, especially for large catalogs.

Add product page showing General, Inventory, Marketing, and Shipping and delivery tabs.

Previously, all product information sections were listed on one page when adding or editing a product. Once the feature has been rolled out, product information sections will be organized in overview tabs at the top of the page:

  • General tab: Add or update product information, channel availability, images, variant or composite products, price points, tax settings per outlet, and online customer input fields.
  • Inventory tab: Add or update SKU codes, suppliers, reorder points and min/max quantities, and product packaging relationships for the product and its variants, if applicable.
  • Marketing tab: Manage how customers earn Loyalty on the product.
  • Shipping and delivery tab: Add or update weight and dimensions to calculate shipping costs for products sold online.

This update will gradually roll out to all Retail POS (X-Series) accounts starting in June, 2026. No action is required. When the feature is enabled in your account, you will see the new overview tabs at the top of the Add product and Edit product pages.
