Get a clearer visual of your sales data and performance with the Lightspeed Insights module. With this update, you can switch the sales summary report to chart mode which shows a single line of data across any measure as a line graph. Use chart mode to become more familiar with your data and compare performance over seasons or years.

Automatic stock distribution for multi-outlet retailers

When receiving stock for multiple outlets at one central location, transfers will automatically be marked as Sent when you click to receive and distribute the delivery on the purchase order. This saves time and ensures stock is allocated correctly.

On the Product page, a new Add from Universal Catalog button allows you to search over 5 million products submitted by over 1000 suppliers. to automatically import product information like brand names, descriptions, UPCs, and images directly to your catalog.

Order fulfilment details in Sales history

Fulfillment sale in the sales history showing which products are for pickup and which products were taken at the time of sale.

Sales that include a fulfillment now differentiate between items the customer has already taken with them, and items that still need to be picked up or delivered. This info is displayed in the Sales history, clearly informing your staff what still needs to be ordered and packed.

Invoice due dates on purchase orders

Purchase order with field for entering the supplier invoice date highlighted.

You can now add an invoice date when receiving purchase orders so you know when invoices need to be paid. If you integrate with Xero or QuickBooks Online, these dates will sync and you can select payment terms to be applied to each supplier, calculated from the invoice date.

Tax nexus locations page with manage nexus button highlighted.

For merchants doing business in the US, the automatic tax collection feature in eCom (E-Series) now supports multiple tax nexuses across multiple states and auto-syncs Retail POS locations, allowing you to streamline your tax setup and management.

Based on your sales data, it also recommends states where you may need to create a tax nexus, if you have a large volume of sales.
