Rearrange variant values
You can now click and drag to rearrange variant attribute values in an order that makes the most sense for your business. Rearranging values will automatically update their order of appearance in the list of variants as well as in your Stock control, Products, and Promotions pages.

Enhanced security settings on the Security page
On the Security page, Account Owners and Admin users can mandate multi-factor authentication for all users or change the authentication method by role type. You can also restrict login access based on roles so employees must use user-switching at the register to access Retail POS.

Services can now be scheduled over 2 weeks in advance. When the service is created, you can edit the schedule and add notes from the new Edit schedule screen.

Product details page official sunset
Last year, product details were moved to the Catalog to streamline how you view products in Retail POS. The legacy Product details page will now be removed. Product details can be found on the Add / Edit product pages. Most accounts will not be affected by this change.

Merchants using Lightspeed Capital will now see Pending and Processed remittance transaction statuses. Transactions will also have direct debit upcoming information, dates, and descriptions for improved visibility.

Loyalty and Sign-up bonus sections have been added to the eCom (E-Series) site builder, allowing you to highlight Loyalty availability in your online store, add Loyalty reward information on product pages, and inform customers earning and redeeming Loyalty points early in the shopping process to incentive checkout.

Improvements to NuOrder purchase order imports
When importing NuORDER purchase orders to Retail POS, you can now resolve product name or code conflicts during the import flow and continue the process after a period of inactivity. In subsequent purchase order imports, images will be automatically added to variants.
