How to send an errored sale to Retail POS (X-Series) Support on iPad


Send an errored sale which hasn't synced properly to the Retail POS support team to analyze.


  •  Retail POS for iPad


  1. Tap on the menu in the upper left-hand corner
  2. Tap on the word Online
  3. Tap on Sales
  4. Tap Contact Support
  5. Tap Send

Additional Information

You can optionally try resyncing the sale by tapping Retry errored.
