Is it possible to add a customer name on top of the receipt?

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Retail POS for iPad 

Answer

Yes, it is possible to add the customer's name to the top of the invoice. However, this can only be done if the following 2 conditions are met:

  1. Sale can only be on-account or layby sale.
  2. The receipt template style should be Standard Invoice and not Standard Thermal Receipt.
