  • Retail POS for PC or Mac
  • Retail POS on iPad 

Answer

Please ensure you are using the correct username:

  • Primary admin accounts sign in with an email address as their username. 
  • Other users sign in with their assigned usernames.

Additional Information

Usernames are case-sensitive in Retail POS. Please make sure the correct caps are inputted when you are trying to log-in or Retail POS will not recognize it as a user.
