How to add tax number to receipts

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Retail POS on iPad

Steps

For Mac or PC

  1. Click Setup.
  2. Click Outlets and Registers.
  3. In the Receipt Templates section, click the receipt name you wish to add a tax number to.
  4. Add the tax number in the header or the footer section of the receipt template.
  5. Click Save.

For iPad

  1. Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) on the top left-hand corner.
  2. Tap Dashboard.
  3. Tap Menu.
  4. Tap Setup.
  5. Tap Menu.
  6. Tap Outlets and Registers.
  7. In the Receipt Templates section, tap the receipt name you wish to add a tax number to.
  8. Add the tax number in the header or the footer section of the receipt template.
  9. Tap Save.

Additional Information

In order to edit a receipt template, you must be signed in as an Admin user.
