After setting up Loyalty, you can apply default Loyalty to a specific brand or product category:

1. Navigate to Catalog > Products.

2. Using the Product category or Brand dropdowns, select the applicable categories or brands.

   

3. Click Search.
4. Click Export list.

5. Open the spreadsheet file and delete the values from the loyalty_value and loyalty_value_default columns so the cells are empty.

   

   To set a custom loyalty amount instead of the default, enter a custom amount in the loyalty_value column.

6. Save and export your spreadsheet as a CSV.
7. On the Products page, click Import and follow steps to import your spreadsheet.

This will enable default loyalty for all imported products, calculated according to the Loyalty ratio you set up in Setup > Loyalty.
