Enabling loyalty for customers in bulk with a CSV file import

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Open Office

Steps

1. Click Customers
2. Click Export List
3. Download the CSV file
4. Scroll across to the enable_loyalty column
5. Change the number from a '0' to a '1' for the customers you are enabling loyalty for
6. Save the file
7. In Retail POS, click Customers again
8. Click Import
9. Browse and select the saved file

How to remove a customer's loyalty

When downloading the customer CSV file there is a 1,000-customer limit per file download.
