How to sync errored sales on iPad

To sync errored sales on iPad with Retail POS:

  1. Tap the three line (Menu) icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Tap Online.
  3. Tap Sales.
  4. Tap Retry errored.

If the sale does not sync the first time, you can try again up to three times. If it's still not syncing, you can send the errored sale to Retail Support.
