How to sync errored sales on iPad


To sync errored sales from Retail POS on iPad with Retail POS servers.


  • Retail POS for iPad 


  1. Tap the three line menu in the upper left-hand corner
  2. Tap Online
  3. Tap Sales
  4. Tap Retry errored 

Additional Information

We'd recommend trying this up to three times if sales do not sync the first time.
