How to verify your email address in Retail POS (X-Series)


To verify the email address attached to your account, this is especially important for admin users and when attempting to transfer ownership of your account.


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC 


  1. Log into your Retail POS store as the user that requires email verification
  2. Navigate to Setup -> Users
  3. On your user profile, underneath the Email section, click To get help faster, verify your email


Additional Information

If the email verification option isn't displaying, changing the email address and then changing it back to the one you're trying to verify should Re-Send the Verification Email.
