What do the figures of the Inventory On Hand Report represent?

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

  • Current Stock: Total amount of items in your inventory
  • Inventory Cost: Sum of the cost of all the items On Hand 
  • Item Value: Average Cost per item
  • Reorder Point: Amount of stock triggering a reorder
  • Reorder Amount: Amount of stock you will be reordering

Note: Reorder point and Reorder amount will not show totals at the top of the inventory report as these are product-specific data points.
