How to run a report for items that have never been sold

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

  1. Click Reporting
  2. Click Inventory Reports
  3. Click the Performance tab
  4. Select Product as the Report Type
  5. Select All Time as the Date Range

All the products that are blank under the Items Sold column are products that haven't sold
