Why am I experiencing a delay between processing sales and those sales being reflected on the Retail Dashboard?

This issue can occur if the wrong time zone has been selected for the outlet in your Retail POS account. The time zone for your outlet is separate from the time zone for the Retail POS account. Steps for changing your time zone can be found here: How to change the Outlet timezone.
