Steps

1. Click Sell
2. Click Sales History
3. Search for the sale and click on it to expand
4. Click Return Items
5. In the product search bar, type in Gift Card and add it to the sale
6. Enter the customer's active gift card number 
7. Click Add Funds to Gift Card
8. Enter in the same amount that is being refunded.
9. Click Add to Sale
10. Click Exchange and complete the sale

Additional Information

Reloading Gift Cards is only available on Retail POS for Mac or PC and not on iPad.
