How eCom (E-Series) is billed
Basic, Core, and Plus plans
If you're on a Basic*, Core, or Plus Retail POS plan, eCom (E-Series) is included in your subscription, no additional payment is required.
*Basic plan merchants only have access to a limited version of eCom (E-Series). For more information, refer to our Understanding basic eCom (E-Series) features for Basic plan merchants article.
Standard and Advanced plans
For merchants on Standard and Advanced plans, the eCom (E-Series) Business Plan is included in your Retail POS subscription and no additional payment is required.
Legacy Pro and Enterprise plans
For merchants on legacy Pro and Enterprise plans, your eCom (E-Series) subscription is billed alongside your Retail POS subscription in Retail POS. This allows you to pay for both subscriptions with one credit card.

For Ecom (E-Series) specific functionality support, please:
- In your Retail POS backoffice, navigate to Online, scroll down and click Go to Ecom button. You’ll be taken to a full-featured E-Series admin. From there, you click Get help in the top right corner.
- In Ecwid by Lightspeed Help Center, click the Contact us button on the top right corner. You must be logged in to your store to open a chat.
- From the Lightspeed eCom (E-Series) mobile app: Tap Get Help in the top-right corner—or go to Store Get Help.
