How to include customer details on the receipt


To include the customer name and other customer details on the receipt printed after a sale.


  • Retail POS for Mac or PC


  1. Click Setup
  2. Click Outlets and Registers
  3. Click on the name of receipt template you want to edit
  4. Scroll down to Customer Information
  5. Select the box next to Display Customer Details
  6. Select what customer information you want to display on your receipts
  7. Scroll back up to the top of the page and click Save
