Objective
Add a note to a customer's account or profile.
Setup
- Retail POS for PC or Mac
Steps
- Navigate to Customers > Customers in Retail POS and find the relevant customer
- Click on the customer's name and select Edit Customer
- Click on Details at the top of the pop-up and scroll down to the Additional Information section
- After entering information into the Note field, click Save Customer
Additional Information
Notes can be viewed at the time of sale when a customer has been added to the sale by clicking the customer name and selecting Notes on customer, or by viewing the customer in the Edit Customer page.
