How to change your store name as it appears at the top of the Retail POS (X-Series) screen

Setup

  •  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

  1. Log into your Retail POS store
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click General
  4. Under Store name make any changes
  5. Click Save

Additional Information

This does not change the Retail POS domain (yourstore.lightspeedhq.com) and only changes how the store name appears in the blue bar at the top of your screen in Retail POS.
