Problem
Some of the Quick Keys on your Sell Screen aren't displaying images and you would like the images to be added.
Setup
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Retail POS on iPad
Cause
An image has not been added to the product on the product page.
Solution
An image would need to be added on the product page for it to appear on your Quick Key. You can add an image to your product by following the steps below:
- Click Products
- Search for the product you want to edit and click on it
- Click Edit Product
- Under General, scroll down to Upload Images
- Drag and Drop the image or click Browse and select the image you want to add
