Can I adjust the counted amount on a register closure?

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

You are unable to adjust the counted amount on a register closure within Retail POS. However, if you contact Retail Support we will be able to assist you with this. 

Additional Information

We will need to have written permission from the primary admin to adjust counted amounts on a register closure.
