- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- OpenOffice or Excel
Steps
- In Retail POS, click on Customers
- Click on Export List
- Open the CSV file
- Edit the do not email field to 0 for customers you would like to receive emails
- Save the CSV file
- In Retail POS, click on Import Customers and then click on Import with CSV
- Click on Choose a File to Upload and select the CSV file
- Click on Continue with Import
Additional Information
You can filter the customers you want in the CSV by searching for customers, by using a creation date range or by using Customer Groups.
