How to opt in customers to receive marketing and promotional emails in bulk

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • OpenOffice or Excel

Steps

  1. In Retail POS, click on Customers
  2. Click on Export List
  3. Open the CSV file
  4. Edit the do not email field to 0 for customers you would like to receive emails
  5. Save the CSV file
  6. In Retail POS, click on Import Customers and then click on Import with CSV
  7. Click on Choose a File to Upload and select the CSV file
  8. Click on Continue with Import

Additional Information

You can filter the customers you want in the CSV by searching for customers, by using a creation date range or by using Customer Groups.
