Why does the Days Cover not populate in my Performance Report?


When I run the Performance Report for a specific date range, some of my products do not show an entry for the Days Cover although they were sold in that period.


  •  Retail POS for Mac or PC


The Days Cover figure is calculated based on your closing inventory divided by item sold per day. However, for the figure to populate for any date range, your product has to also meet the below criteria:

  • The Closing Inventory cannot be negative or at 0
  • The Items Sold per Day figure cannot be less than 1

Additional Information

Depending on the filters you apply to your report, the Days Cover figure may change for the same date range, i.e. if you check it for specific outlets.
