Manually calculating and tracking product margins in a spreadsheet is complex and time consuming. To make it easier to manage and track product profitability and strike a balance between competitive prices and sustainable profitability, you can now use the Margin field to view and update product prices and markup on the Add/Edit product page.

Restrict manual inventory adjustments and stock transfers

Safeguard the accuracy of your inventory with more granular control over who can manage inventory movements. Decide whether a user role should focus on creating/editing products or only manually adjusting inventory.

In addition, the ability to stock transfers is now an editable permission, meaning you can choose whether a user role should have the ability to make stock transfers between stores.

You can now archive quotes that didn’t result in a sale with the click of a button, making your quotes page more accurate and allowing you to serve customers faster. Archived quotes will be visible when filtering by Archived on the quotes page.

Retail POS merchants with an integrated eCom (E-Series) store can advise customers using iOS devices to opt-in for order tracking using Apple Wallet. Your customers will then receive push notifications detailing changes to their order status and can view detailed receipts and other order-related info in the Apple Wallet app.

Lightspeed Payments is now available in Ireland, offering integrated payment processing built directly into the same platform where sales, inventory, and reporting are managed.

In-app notification when a payment link is paid

When using the payment link feature for On account sales, you are now notified in-app when a payment has been made. In Retail POS, the notification will be shown to the staff member who made the sale and includes the value of the transaction, customer name, invoice number, and links to the payment when clicked.
