Objective

Remove loyalty which has just been added to a sale on the sell screen by completing, voiding and recreating the sale.

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

1. On the payment section of the sell screen, click Cash to pay off the balance of the sale
2. Click Complete Sale
3. Navigate Sell -> Sales History
4. Find the sale you just processed
5. Click on the sale to expand it
6. Click Void
7. Click Void Sale. The loyalty points from the voided sale will now be returned to the customer
8. Recreate the sale as normal using the sell screen
