How to enable Retail POS (X-Series) support access to Mailchimp for integration troubleshooting

Objective

Allow Retail POS support to access your Mailchimp account to resolve any account specific issues with integrating.

Setup

  • Retail POS for Mac or PC
  • Mailchimp

Steps

  1. Open Mailchimp in your web browser
  2. Click on your profile icon in the lower right-hand corner
  3. Click Settings
  4. Click Users in the drop-down menu
  5. Click Invite A User
  6. In the email address field type in help@lightspeedhq.com
  7. Click Send Invite

Ensure that access is revoked once the issue is resolved.
