Objective
Allow Retail POS support to access your Mailchimp account to resolve any account specific issues with integrating.
Setup
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Mailchimp
Steps
- Open Mailchimp in your web browser
- Click on your profile icon in the lower right-hand corner
- Click Settings
- Click Users in the drop-down menu
- Click Invite A User
- In the email address field type in help@lightspeedhq.com
- Click Send Invite
Ensure that access is revoked once the issue is resolved.
