Question

The Revenue (Excl. Tax) figures on my Sales Report and Tax Report are different; why is there a discrepancy? 

Setup

• Retail POS for Mac or PC
• Retail POS for iPad

Answer

The Sales Report may not have the Include Gift Card Sales toggle activated. This will cause the Revenue (Excl. Tax) figure on the Sales Report to be lower than the revenue figure on the Tax Report. 

To include gift card sales on the Sales Report, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to Reporting -> Sales Reports
2. Click More Filters
3. Click the Include Gift Card Sales toggle to enable
