How to send an errored sale to Retail Support on iPad

To send an errored sale which hasn't synced properly to the Retail Support team to analyze:

  1. Tap the three line (Menu) icon in the upper left corner.
  2. Tap Online.
  3. Tap Sales.
  4. Tap Contact Support.
  5. Tap Send.

You can optionally try resyncing the sale by tapping Retry errored.
