Lightspeed Advanced Marketing rewards allow your returning customers to accumulate points that can be exchanged for discounts on their purchases. You can redeem these points as part of a normal sale in Retail POS.
Redeeming rewards on a computer
Once you have redeemed a reward for a customer in the sale, it can't be undone. If your customer changes their mind or you redeem a reward in error, discard the sale and start over.
- Download the Marsello Chrome extension onto Google Chrome.
- Navigate to the Sell screen.
- Add the product(s) to the sale.
- Add a customer to the sale.

Click on the customer's name.

In the customer information pop-up, click Check rewards.

Click Redeem next to the reward your customer wants to redeem.
The reward will be discounted from the sale, and the points will be removed from the customer's account. Take payment if required, then complete the sale.
Redeeming rewards on an iPad

- On the Sell screen, add the product(s) to the sale.
- Add a customer to the sale.

Tap on the Share (arrow) icon.
- Tap Marsello for Lightspeed.

In the pop-up, tap Redeem next to the reward your customer wants to redeem.
The reward will be discounted from the sale, and the points will be removed from the customer's account. Take payment if required, then complete the sale.
