Hi. How can we help?

Product details are moving to the catalog

We’re streamlining how you view your products in Retail POS. Previously, clicking on a product would take you to the product details page. After this change, clicking on a product will now take you directly to the edit product page. This change will be automatic.

You will also be able to access the edit product page by clicking on the pencil icon beside a product or by clicking on Edit in the expanded product view.

The product details page will no longer be accessible, however, all the features that were on the product details page will still be available. Here’s where to find some common features:

View product details

On the product catalog page, click on the arrow next to the product to show the expanded product view. Click on Details.

Here you will find product category, description, tags, supplier, and supplier price.

Details tab with category, description, tags, supplier and supplier price shown.

View product history

On the product catalog page, click on the arrow next to the product to show the expanded product view. Click on History. Here you can see the history for the product, including when and where it was created or edited.

You can also view the inventory movements of a product. Click on View Inventory Movements to view sales, returns, and transfers to other locations.

View Inventory

On the product catalog page, click on the arrow next to the product to show the expanded product view. Click on Inventory. Here you can see the current inventory levels at all locations.
