You can now search for promotions by name and filter search results by date range and outlet. This makes it easier for you to manage your promotions across all your outlets.
Activate Loyalty quickly and easily
The newly simplified Loyalty setup page makes it easier for you to activate and manage your built-in loyalty program directly from Retail POS. You can get loyalty features up and running in a matter of moments to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Offer services to customers
Start offering services to customers with these new and upcoming features:
You can now create a sale and mark it as a "Service sale" on the sell screen. Service sales will be shown as "Pending" on the sales history page, where you can track service and payment status.
A new services view is coming soon. It'll allow you to manage jobs, update service statuses, and add service notes.
Transfer pricing to duplicate products
When duplicating products, cost and retail prices are now automatically transferred to the duplicate product.
Set and enforce account limits
A way to control which users can set and edit a customer's on-account limit is coming soon. Retail POS will also start to enforce account limits to prevent customers from making on-account sales if they've reached their account limit.
Buy Online, Pick-Up In Store (BOPIS)
Soon, you'll be able to enable Buy Online, Pick-up In Store (click and collect) from any of your outlets with Lightspeed eCom. You'll also get real-time inventory updates between your online stores and Retail POS.

Pick and pack the right products—every time. Lightspeed Scanner helps you fulfill your online orders accurately. Previously only available on the iOS version of Scanner, fulfillments are now available on Lightspeed Scanner for Android.
