Installing the Lightspeed eCom app

The Lightspeed eCom app allows you to run your business from anywhere, either it’s just Retail POS or Retail POS with eCom

With the mobile app, your back office goes wherever you go—you can manage orders, update your catalog, edit your site, see how your business is performing, and more. You will receive instant in-app notifications for all new online orders and can start fulfilling them right away. 

You can download the app from the iOS or Android app store. In addition, if you’re using Retail POS with eCom, you can also download the app with the QR-code from your eCom admin. 

To start using the Lightspeed eCom app, install it on your Apple or Android device. Then login with your Retail POS credentials. When using eCom, you can download the app with the QR-code right from your eCom admin.

Installing the Lightspeed eCom app from an app store

To install the Lightspeed eCom app from an app store: 

  1. Go to the Apple Store or Google Play and download the Lightspeed eCom mobile app for iOS or the Lightspeed eCom mobile app for Android
  2. Install the app. 
  3. Login with your Retail POS credentials.

Installing the Lightspeed eCom app from eCom admin

When you’re using Lightspeed eCom with your POS, you can download the app with the QR code from your eCom admin. 

To install the Lightspeed eCom app from your eCom admin: 

  1. From POS, go to Online
  2. On the Overview tab, scroll down and click Go to eCom
  3. From your eCom admin, choose the Mobile tab in the menu on the left. 
  4. Click Download Mobile App
  5. Scan the QR code that will redirect you in an app store. 
  6. Install the app. 
  7. Login with your Retail POS credentials.
