Updating your apps
Stay up-to-date with your Lightspeed Retail POS apps to take advantage of new features, ensure smooth compatibility, and boost overall performance.
- Select the app you want to update:
- On the app's page, scroll to the What’s new section.
- Check the Version History for the latest Version [number].
Identifying your Retail POS app version
Knowing your current app version helps identify if you're on the latest update, ensuring you're not missing out on new features and improvements.
- Open the Retail POS app on your iPad.
- Tap on the Menu icon (☰) on the top left-hand side of the screen.
- Tap the green Online icon at the top of the menu bar.
- View the version number at the bottom of the Status window that appears.
