How do I fulfill a Click & Collect order?

  • Available on Pro, Standard, Advanced, Enterprise
  • Available on Core, Plus


Completing a Click & Collect order in Retail POS using your e-Commerce integration and the Mark as packed functionality on the Fulfillments page.


  • Retail POS (X-Series) for Mac or PC
  • BigCommerce, Shopify, or WooCommerce Integration


  1. Navigate to Sell > Fulfillments
  2. Search for the order that needs to be marked as fulfilled 
  3. Click to expand the order
  4. Click Mark as Packed


Marking a Click & Collect order as Packed will update the status of the order to Awaiting Pickup on BigCommerce. It is important to note that the status will not be updated for orders on Shopify or WooCommerce.

When the order has been collected and marked as Picked Up, it will show a Pick Up, Completed status in Retail POS. Shopify will show a Fulfilled status, while BigCommerce and WooCommerce will show a Completed status.
