To stop receipts printing out too long with excess blank space.  

Setup

•  Retail POS for PC

Steps

1.  Search for 'control panel'
2.  Open Control Panel
3.  Click Hardware and Sound
4.  Click Devices and Printers
5.  Right click your Star printer
6.  Click Printer Preferences
7.  Click Device Settings
8.  Ensure your paper size is set to x 200mm or x 297mm not x Receipt. 
9.  Ensure your Paper Cut is set to Off
10.  Ensure your Document Cut is set to Partial Cut

Additional Information

When printing, ensure your paper size in Chrome is also x 200mm or x 297mm to match Windows settings.
