To return specific products on a sale involving multiple products.
- Retail POS for Mac or PC
- Click Sales History.
- Once a sale is located, click the arrow to begin the return
- On the sell screen, click the trash icon to remove any products your customer does not wish to return.
- Click Refund
- Refund the customer using their preferred payment option.
- On account sale items are locked and cannot be deleted on the sell screen to process returns. Refer to - How to process returns on on-account sales
