To cancel an open layby sale 

Setup

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Steps

Locate the layby sale

1. Click Sales History
2. Change the Status filter to Layby
3. Click to expand the sale
4. Click Continue Sale

Cancellation steps

1. Add each item to the sale
2. Change the quantity to negative to cancel the original items out
3. Click Pay
4. Refund the customer using chosen payment method.
