  5. In the Edit supply and retail prices window, you can:
    1. Change the Markup, Margin, or Retail price while maintaining the Supply price.

    2. Update the Supply price and choose whether to Maintain retail price or Maintain margin and markup when the supply price changes.

For example, if you increased the Supply price from $10.00 to $12.00 and chose to Maintain retail price, the Retail price would remain at $25.00 but the Markup would decrease from 117.39% to 81.96% and the Margin from 54% to 44.8%.

If you chose to Maintain margin and markup, the Markup would remain at 117.39% and the Margin at 54%, but the Retail price would increase to $30.00.

  6. Click Save prices.

If you have a large number of products to edit, you can also edit products in bulk using a spreadsheet.

Editing inventory

When adding inventory to your products, it is important to do so accurately in order to ensure your inventory levels and reporting are calculated correctly. Before editing your Inventory level fields for each outlet, learn more about adding inventory to your products and inventory tracking.

It’s recommended to add inventory through purchase orders for accurate reporting.
