Merchants on the Advanced plan, or merchants who have purchased the Loyalty module, will see the option to enable loyalty to get started.
To turn the loyalty feature on for your store, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Setup > Loyalty in the menu.
- Select Enable loyalty to turn loyalty on.
- This takes you to the Loyalty page, where you can set the loyalty amount by percentage.
- Next, tick the box to set a signup bonus amount.
- You can also tick the box to create and send a welcome email to new customers.
- To disable loyalty, click the link at the bottom left of the page.
