If you would like to disconnect your Shopify integration, please contact Retail Support by selecting Contact us at the top of the page.
Retail Support can only assist with requests to unlink a Shopify integration from the account owner.
Additional Information
Unlinking the integration will not delete the products that have been published from Retail POS to Shopify. If you wish to delete them, you'll need to delete them manually on the Shopify platform.
