Why do I see an infinity symbol in place of a number under the count column on the product page?

•  Retail POS for Mac or PC

Answer

The infinity symbol is displayed when the Track inventory for this product is unticked. This means the inventory levels for these products are not tracked in Retail POS and will not show a change for any sales, returns, stock orders, and transfers made.
