Why can't I void a sale?

Why is there no option to void a sale in the Sales History? 

Setup

  •  Retail POS on PC or Mac

Answer

1. The sale has an item returned which prevents you from voiding the sale. 

2. You do not have the user permissions to void a sale. Click here to learn more about user permissions and how to grant sale voiding permissions.
