If a specific variant is deleted on Shopify, Retail POS will recreate that variant the next time the product is edited in Retail POS. 

If you wish to remove a variant from Shopify, you need to delete the variant directly in Retail POS. 

 Additional Information

• Retail POS is the system of record for inventory once connected to Shopify, as such all products should be managed in Retail POS only.
• Removing the published product in Retail POS will remove the product on Shopify.
